These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any additional terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and BPI Labs regarding the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
